What does a connection mean?
A connection is one stream playing at a time. With 1 connection you can install the player on your TV, phone and laptop, but only one of them can play at any moment.
If different people in your home watch on separate screens at the same time, choose one connection per screen. A family with a living-room TV, a bedroom TV and a tablet in use together needs 3 connections.
Starting a stream on more devices than your plan allows can interrupt playback on the others.

How much does Parrot IPTV cost?
Prices start at $13 USD for 1 month with 1 connection, and $69 USD for 12 months with 1 connection. Adding connections increases the price; the pricing page shows every combination from 1 to 5 connections.
What does one connection mean?
One connection means one device can stream at a time. You can install the player on several devices, but the number of simultaneous streams cannot exceed the connections on your plan. If two people want to watch on different TVs at the same time, choose 2 connections.
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes. You can set up the service on as many of your own devices as you like, and watch on up to the number of connections in your plan at the same time.
Which subscription durations are available?
You can choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, each with 1 to 5 connections.
How do I complete payment?
Choose a plan and submit the checkout form. After your order request is recorded, you'll see your next step: either a secure payment link for that exact plan or a button to complete payment with our team on WhatsApp. Submitting an order does not charge you, and your subscription is prepared only after payment is confirmed.
Is there a 7-day refund policy?
Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the eligible cases set out in our Refund Policy. If you have a technical problem, contact support first — most issues can be fixed quickly.
