Parrot IPTV frequently asked questions
General
What is Parrot IPTV?
Parrot IPTV is an IPTV subscription service for viewers in the United States and Canada. A subscription gives you access to live TV channels, on-demand movies and series, and sports programming through an IPTV player app on devices such as Fire TV Stick, Android TV, smart TVs, phones and computers. Parrot IPTV at parrotiptv.store is not affiliated with other services that use a similar name.
How does IPTV work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. You install a player app on your device, sign in with the details provided for your subscription, and the app loads the channel list, program guide and on-demand library over the internet.
Which countries can use the service?
The service is designed primarily for customers in the United States and Canada, and is available to subscribers in many other countries. Content availability can vary by region and licensing, so we recommend using the free trial from the location where you'll watch.
What equipment is required?
You need a compatible device (for example an Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV box, Samsung or LG smart TV, smartphone, tablet or computer), an IPTV player app from that device's official app store, and a stable broadband connection. For HD viewing a steady 10–25 Mbps is a sensible minimum; 4K needs more.
What is included in a subscription?
Every plan includes the same content access — live TV, movies and series, and sports categories — for the length of time you choose. The only differences between plans are the subscription duration and the number of connections (devices that can stream at the same time).
Pricing & billing
How much does Parrot IPTV cost?
Prices start at $13 USD for 1 month with 1 connection, and $69 USD for 12 months with 1 connection. Adding connections increases the price; the pricing page shows every combination from 1 to 5 connections.
What does one connection mean?
One connection means one device can stream at a time. You can install the player on several devices, but the number of simultaneous streams cannot exceed the connections on your plan. If two people want to watch on different TVs at the same time, choose 2 connections.
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes. You can set up the service on as many of your own devices as you like, and watch on up to the number of connections in your plan at the same time.
Which subscription durations are available?
You can choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, each with 1 to 5 connections.
How do I complete payment?
Choose a plan and submit the checkout form. After your order request is recorded, you'll see your next step: either a secure payment link for that exact plan or a button to complete payment with our team on WhatsApp. Submitting an order does not charge you, and your subscription is prepared only after payment is confirmed.

Troubleshooting
What should I do if the app is not working?
Close and reopen the app, restart your device and router, and check for app updates. If the app still fails, clear its cache (or reinstall it) and sign in again. Contact support with your device model and the app name if the problem continues.
What can cause buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable connection, weak Wi-Fi, other heavy downloads on your network, or an overloaded device. Try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart your router, and switch the player's decoder setting. If only one channel buffers, tell support which channel and when.
How do I update a playlist?
Most players have a Refresh, Reload or Update playlist option in their settings or on the playlist itself. Refreshing downloads the latest channel list and guide data.
What should I do if my login fails?
Check the server URL, username and password are entered exactly as sent (they are case-sensitive), confirm your trial or subscription is still active, and make sure you're not using more connections than your plan allows.
Legal & safety
Is IPTV technology legal?
IPTV is a delivery technology and is widely used by licensed broadcasters and pay-TV providers. Whether a particular service or stream is lawful depends on whether it is licensed to distribute that content where you live. We encourage every customer to understand the rules in their own country before subscribing to any IPTV service.
What should I check before subscribing?
Use the free trial to confirm the channels and programs you care about, test your devices and internet speed, read the Terms and Refund Policy, and make sure you understand how connections work so you choose the right plan.
Does Parrot IPTV own the content?
No. Parrot IPTV does not own or produce the channels, films, series or sports programming that may be accessible. Channel names, league names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification only.

Are there refund exclusions?
Yes. For example, slow internet on your side, device incompatibility, third-party player app issues, a single channel being temporarily unavailable, or requests made after 7 days are not covered. Refunds apply when your subscription hasn't been activated yet, when you were charged twice, or when a problem you reported couldn't be resolved. See the Refund Policy for full details, and use the free trial first.
